Bastion deal not working

I brought the bastion deal have claimed in store (500 market points) but I still don't have in game

Is it like this for others too

If you’re thinking to getting 200 just from buying 1 pack you not miss there just calculate the track separately

Thanks, but I think it’s typically 1 point per dollar. I have less points than dollars spent.

Not sure. Every now and then there’s an issue where they double charge me (charge to my credit card and my Amazon Pay account). Then it automatically refunds me on the Amazon Pay. The same thing happened on one of the transactions so that might have something to do with it.

So for those who were unable to claim the deal earlier, should now have an in-game mail with the 7 Star, thanks for being patient.

No real way to avoid being meme'd on here, do get that. Will just say this is in large part because different teams have different responsibilities and different issues have different levels of complexity (this for instance was a pretty simple fix thankfully).

while this is true and most of us understand, we're at a point now where we just don't care

Doubt it but i like the outcome. Quick response and fix for things that make them money. In regards to bugs and issues the team is still looking into it
