And since the point of your thread was to ask about Kabam support: actually, yes Kabam do actually help when they can. There have been examples of people getting accidental 'pocket-purchases' refunded; and also of people being put back into content they accidentally exited halfway, like Necropolis.
But there are also many, many examples of people in situations like yours; where they opened a crystal or ranked up a champion by mistake. And they've had the same response, which is: sorry, nothing we can do.

And somehow by god's grace, found the rank up option except "PLAY OPTION" and ranked up the character whom i disliked but was already at 2nd highest rank in game somehow, And somehow knew that how rank up gem or mats work. And top of it, leveled up the champ. and finally gave my device back after doing it. All without my knowledge with my device.

The way you are gaslighting you'd think he ranked up a meme tier champ like Groot. Maybe that would have been better. Kabam might have actually believed that nobody in their right mind would have ranked up Groot. Idoom is a good champ. Is he someone I'd think to rank up first? No. Is he still valuable and someone I could envision ranking up in general? Yes. If someone had idoom as their best tech option would I feel bad for their tech roster? No. Just because he's not an elite tier option doesn't mean you should disrespect your brother this much on a public forum. He didn't set your account back a year. You will likely be pleased with having the r4 when idoom is a meta defender or attacker in bgs in the next few seasons (as seems to be a trend with him).
I don't understand why the issue is with Kabam and not the little brother. You should settle it with him Thunderdome style, my money is on the lil one.
