Hello. I posted about expiring catalysts during the Banquet event, and you all responded promptly with the Million Points Club offers before inexplicably offering them to the Zero Points Club,

No update to BGs rewards this coming season, despite the outcry? You took one of the most compelling modes of this game and ruined it. BG rewards need to be updated more often than anything, to keep pace with the ranks and progression on offer. Take note of the fact that this is the second time, in months, that I feel compelled to post. What is going on?

    If Kabam can add additional rewards in Banquet realm event in an instant when the entire playerbase complains, Kabam can definitely do it again but Kabam won't

    It takes just seconds to add rewards to battlegrounds but nope

    I remember when COWhale threatened to quit unless Kabam met his demands. And I am one of an increasingly small number of people with any recollection at all about him whatsoever. MCOC needs customers. But it does not need any particular customer.

    Seems kinda weird.
    I only spend a fraction of what you do at other companies, and I have a direct line to a live customer rep who'll address all my concerns.
