shuri's sig gives her a chance to perfect block based on armor, if u parry a special it can crit fail u

I'm sure I'll be the only person to say this as everyone usually thinks of traditional tech counters, but Diablo..
He gets Crit Fail.. he just doesn't care though lol.. he'll end yellow bar or near it

Now why would you choose him over a tech though? Because she gets placed on nodes that "protect her" from techs usually in AW and he can reach her there usually and do quite well (Healing nodes, Hazards, etc.)
