Is kitty the best bullseye counter

during battlegrounds today I decided to use kitty against bullseye and as she gets three prowess and bullseye starts hitting back to back her prowess just keeps increasing cuz he keeps critting in this meta kitty is def the best bullseye counter and she is op this meta

    The best i don't think so, but she is a pretty good counter.
    Depending on the node , Sinister is a very good one. Warlock hyperion okoye Negaso gentle and some bleed immune are good.

    It’s just her damage, she’s such a noodle. She’s safe to use against him, but no damage. For me sinister is best, gorr is amazing against him too

    agreed she is the best bullseye counter yea sinister is good but its also more safe to play kitty than champs like sinister she leaves the fight for sure at 100% health and taking no damage she is better than sinister and guardian in that terms gentle's also not even that good of a champ he has built in recoil as well so in my opinion kitty is the best counter for bullseye of all time

    Okoye is great too, she can take bullseye on most nodes outside hazard shift. She's especially great for the polka dot power, safeguard, and boss nodes. I've taken down r3 bullseyes in those nodes in 60s flat with my r4 okoye.

    I haven’t had a chance to use her yet as I don’t have one but that honestly sounds perfect. Between her and kitty they can handle every node on the map where bullseye is concerned

    If you make one mistake with Kitty you're screwed, Sinister can finish with 100% no matter how many mistakes you make, she is not safer or faster.

    Negasonic was never a go to Bullseye counter idk where this misinformation started, probably a CCer like Nagase. Yes youll finish at 100% but she hits like a toilet roll. Especially if the enemy has a better matchup or its a nuke meta, you will lose out due to time alone.

    At this rate, they're pumping out a new Bullseye counter almost each month (whether it be from a buff or new champ), so just wait and see how NTW eventually gets powercrept given the other counters listed here, Gentle, Sparky etc will do him in a much better score.

    Sinister has the easiest play style in the game, hold heavy and then sp1. Kitty has to intercept and all that nonsense.

    I literally just explained to you why Sinister is more reliable lol you screw up you can heal back, and he's way faster than her. As for your other point, what's easier parry and heavy or intercepting? You can't possibly be this dense mate.

    I rlly don't get how you think its hard to play kitty she is also more sustainable and better because of prowess and you can mess up with sinister I don't understand why your being dense just cause you think sinister is easier to play doesn't mean that for everyone

    Now you're just twisting my words to create a strawman that's not what I said, I said parry heavy is easier than intercepting and that's not a matter of opinion it's a fact.
    What does prowess have to do with literally anything here it's not like you need prowess to counter Bullseye.
    Parrying is factually easier than intercepting, it's literally the first thing you learn when you start playing the game lmao.

    The 3 prowess is what she needs to go invisible, but more prowess = more damage so you’re obviously gonna want to intercept to get her full potential.

    You should have added "in Battlegrounds" in your title to be more specific about your question, since we have different game modes where some champs are better than others.

    But anyway, there are quite a few who can slap him in BGs. OG Storm Sp 1's has been getting it done for me.
