Nightmare Raids Compensation Should Be For Everyone

I do think this is frustratingly a no-win situation for Kabam, and a no-win situation for a large swath of the player base.

My alliance also decided to "sit this one out" after seeing pretty much immediately how bugged and messed up Nightmare Raids was.

We also got communication on the form, literally DIRECTLY from the team, that "the issues aren't that bad" or that a lot of it is "working as intended," so for them to come out NOW and drop what is insanely the greatest compensation packet ever, it does sting. I will say, it feels like a crazy overcorrection.

It sucks, and I'm really mad I'm missing out. But there's no pleasing everyone and someone's bound to get screwed in these things.

Oh well, it is what it is. I'm just going to pretend that if I got that Titan crystal, I surely must've pulled a Red Hulk and just move on with my life.

To everyone wanting profit for being lazy and sitting on the sidelines like this was a buffet and you're waiting in line for the last plate, the comment above is the stance you should all have instead of raging like babies. Yes it sucks, but unfortunately there is no way to please everyone.
There is simply no logical way to compensate everyone without those of us that actually played feeling like we're being robbed cause whatever you guys get for doing nothing, then we have to receive double that amount. It is what it is, no way to no screw over one side of the playerbase here, next time just take the risk.
Yes there is just don't make the comp completely crazy...
The game is a mess, players are outraged and this has been for a while now and suddenly they pull up that from the comp hat?
    Again, T4A and Titan?

I really hope any kind of compensation for the entire game looks nothing like the raids compensation. All bright shiny crystals to blind everyone from the fact they spent money, units, revives and pots to get through content under these horrible gameplay conditions.

That's slightly flawed though - because these are the rewards people would have gotten had they gotten to the chests / completed the RAIDs.

I get what you're saying but just disagree.

No, this isn't equal to units spent. But it is the rewards that people spent units trying to achieve. Actually... it's possible people would have received much worse rewards.

    Equal, no. Equitable? Yes.

They have to, people spent money clearing these bosses because of the bugs and the bosses being overturned to hell especially that Apoc. All three BGs in my alliance had to spend units to some extent and we're not exactly terrible at the game we've done all endgame content with minor spending. Imagine how much money and work people who aren't good at the game must've put in to get it done because believe it or not, a lot of whales suck VERY bad and the Necropolis death count proved this in 2023.

The amount of people who just want to keep the comp to themselves is insane... There are lots of reasons why people in an ally did not join nightmare raids...
The comp is extra juicy, no way you'd have that if you finished the map. Titan crystal? 1 T4a? I mean, come on...
So give it to everyone and move on, some people are now even more pissed and frustrated

You realize that if they give you the compensation for doing nothing they're essentially saying the work we put in = nothing, at that point that isn't called a compensation anymore that's an insult to those of us who toughed it out. Take the L and move on, you want compensation for standing aside and watching while everyone else suffered? Lol the delusions are absolutely crazy.
I want to say that you are missing the point. That comp is actually crazy compared to what you "suffered", you really should pay attention to the wording here... Suffered, really? I mean maybe some did, but some just said "ok, I'm done" after the first set of revives.
The problem is that I hope they are not using this ridiculously crazy comp to make up for the outrage going on atm...
But hey, you're happy, that what's important I suppose
I don't deny that rewards are insane, and I'm surprised they were this generous but you have to understand there is no way for them to give you the rewards without screwing us over, if they give you one Titan then we deserve two and so on.
I also want to ask you something, if you knew there were so many bugs and the mode was overturned to hell then why didn't you join? Most of my alliance took the risk because we knew it was 50/50 on the comp after all the backlash they received and because the issues impacted the game mode massively we even had to spend units to clear out that Apoc and that last bit is my guess as to why the comp is so huge, people bought and spent units on this. When money is involved, rewards are usually always crazy it's always been like this.
I think you kinda answered your own question here? "If you knew there were so many bugs and the mode was overtuned to hell then why didn't you join?" It's probably because they wanted to save their resources and raid tickets, why waste their resources when, as you said, the mode was overtuned and bugged, kabam rarely ever gives compensation nowadays and had everyone knew there would've been compensation on day one, everyone and their mother would've joined.

this is like begging for celestial rewards when you sit in bronze ( in BGs )

is the compensation really good? Yes
is it required? Kabam thinks so
is it a tad bit extra? maybe

“The gAmE haS beEn **** for lAst feW mOntHs, WheRe ComPensatIon?” wait for them to work this out I think they will give some general comp and even if they don’t it’s their decision ( all we can do is ask them )

You know what will happen the next time because of all the cry babies that don't get it? The compensation will be awful and they will still cry about not getting it.
Misplaced FOMO, should have been about trying the new mode not about missing out on compensation 🤣
I never said I was against kabam at all? I just said that kabam rarely ever gives compensation, which is why people may have been turned off from attempting nightmare raids in the state it was in hopes for said compensation, mainly because it was "working as intended" at the time.

No I didn't, cause to me and my alliance teammates that actually made us want to join even more because we had a strong feeling we would at the very least get our tickets and revives back, we thought there was just no way they would not give any sort of compensation when 50% of the game mode was broken. Normally I would agree with the "don't expect compensation" but there were hundreds of comments and a good amount of videos made on this topic because the release was just horrible and plagued by bugs that were very detrimental that Weapon X was literally immortal and it was a roadblock for 90% of the champs in the pool. I would agree with you guys if the issues were minor, but the issues were huge, you should've joined expecting compensation.
I guess I can understand that, work smarter, not harder, fair do's

Fair; but if you spent the resources on regular Raid you got what you paid for, Nightmare Raids some people didn't.
Agreed, people who did normal raids and expect comp are a bit out of their depth, imo, especially since we got light essence despite it being intended for nightmare raids. (Though, wouldn't exactly say that's a massive victory either, unless you are willing to splurge for the Eidol.)

This right here is another reason why I expected some sort of comp, in my alliance we had to spend units to 100% and the units spent were mostly due to bugs and that Apoc being overtuned. This is why the comp makes sense, we had to spend extra resources to clear this because of Kabam's mistakes, there was just no way they would not give comp for it when a lot of it was their fault and the issues weren't exactly minor issues we had to deal with an immortal Weapon X as soon as Raids went live.

Nice work kabam. How do you get the community to stop being frustrated with you? I know let the community hate each other. My alliance members are fighting because the alliance leader decided it would be wise to try 2 nightmare raid and 1 normal raid just to test it out. So it was on first come first serve bases. This is a little unfair considering not everyone is on the same time zone. If you have tested the game mode before this went out then we wouldn’t have this massive mess.

How does a different timezone even effect this situation..?

First 20 people call out they want to play nightmare raids get to do it and the other 10 miss out. The 10 would have being ok but since the other 20 are getting a massive compensation it’s causing tension in the alliance

Let's start with the premise that you are fully aware that there's bad weather and the airline company (who's known for having several crashes) is giving you the alternative to either travel based on the information at hand (under your own risk) or sit the weather out and take another flight at a later point in time.
In which case, both circumstances are due compensation
    A) For those who take the risk to travel and along the way something disrupts the curse and couldn't get to a destination on time
    B) Those who decided to avoid the risk and are willing to take the later flight and still get to the destination with less of a risk and stress.

Why did you buy a ticket for an airline known to have frequent crashes in the first place?

A train was crashed due to a storm. I didn't board the train because of the heavy rain. Should I deserve compensation for the crash?

    Deathless piece selector compensation 😮‍💨
