It's because the act 5 rewards were buffed and the act 6 rewards weren't.

Yeah I’m wondering if this is a visual bug for the rewards cuz I just fully explored act 5 last week and I for sure didn’t get two 6* nexus crystals.

Because they haven’t touched act 6 since adding the grandmaster keys into the rewards. Act 6 is the only act left to even get a reward buff, the difficulty itself is pretty fair so newer players can start to diverse their roster to counter the bosses and lanes.

5 comes before 6. Don't worry, 6 might get a rewards update next, just give it 2 years for it to get its turn

So I just explored Act 5 not more than 3 weeks ago, and I realized that the Act 5 exploration rewards have been changed, and now you get 2 6* nexuses, 5k 7* shards, t6c, t3ac, and 3 mythic crystals?? Will I at least receive these rewards as compensation or something? I am cav and it would be very helpful...

It took 2 years to get the comp the last time they were buffed…

I recently just completed act 5 and completion of it about a week ago and now the rewards have been mega buffed and I feel like I have missed out on rewards which would help me a lot and I feel like I am entitled to the rewards

For those asking about Compensation, remember they tried doing that for earlier ACT 1-4 Revamp, and it didn't go very well.
Which leads to more complaints about getting it wrong, which leads to more calls for boycotts, etc, etc.

My personal feeling is that, since the game keeps getting easier and faster to build up rosters, etc, from the beginning nowadays, it shouldn’t really be retroactive awards.

That people who did these ACT's previously when the rewards were not quite as good, would basically be similar to saying (and this is an exaggerated reference, but as an example people who have played for years…)

“Game gives out much better stuff throughout the game nowadays (not just these buffed Act's 4 or 5 now) what about when I was an early player ? Shouldn’t I be Comp'd all these free 7* that come our way now, going back for all the years I had been playing. As if the current rewards could have been earned that way for many years originally in the past. Because if newer players get better stuff earlier, shouldn’t I be Comp'd that same better stuff retroactively for ## however many years of playing ?”

Yes, it's hard feeling if you had JUST finished it prior to it being increased (and that's why for some times in past, Kabam had said Comp for people within 30 days, or such).

But the increases are for even newer people first getting to those.
And if you have already done them, you have moved on beyond them now.

Yes, that too.

And also when ACT-4 had various paths cut out of it, and lowered energy over the years too, that it was quick to do 100% Explore on it.

They didn’t need to move Mastery Point from Explore over to Completion (that really messed things up for lot of people, for a long time).

Also you have to understand a new player is not the greatest at this game, like myself, I think the boost will help me and newer players through the game.

Since when did they update act 5 to have 7* shards? I remember the 6* nexus but the 7* shards seems fairly new.

Thank you for this Info! The reason I made that post is because generally I am a player who has just returned to this game after a very long time (years) and I had just beat the collector and that motivated to play the game more. So I naturally fully explored act 5 completely and I wanted to progress even further in the game.

I don't know man, it just feels demotivating that I could've waited a couple of weeks and get much better rewards that I have now missed out on. And I don't think it's a good way to retain players who had just gone through the same thing I went through

Or..maybe, there could've been communication from Kabam that they are going to change those Act 5 Rewards.

After all, I guess I'll just have to move on and hope Act 6 gets better rewards as well.

But several people have been saying Mastery points for BOTH Act-4 and Act-5

Played for years. Never seen or heard of act 5 containing mastery points, that’s exclusive to act 4
