Crystal screen frozen again for the last 4 days.it is hiding crystals completely and unable to open or even see shards.Just Grey boxes.Log out and come back and it’s still stuck grey.uninstall and it’s not grey anymore,but now it’s just blank and an empty screen with a none existent crystal tab after uninstall.atleast I could See the crystal tab before.blue and grey screens for war tab as well not just crystals.

I too would have wondered “what does that mean” and would have wanted you to show what you meant.

So afterwards you provided pics which showed what you mean. End of story. And popcorn did acknowledge that right after your pics.
The fact you said you provided pics immediately AFTER his “???” doesn’t erase the fact that they were indeed AFTER his question for you.
So you showed what you mean. (and nope, haven’t seen that, normally it would be a resource issue, but you said you re-downloaded game)
Does it still happen if it is the FIRST thing you try to do upon opening the game (before going into fights, or especially before going to look at Dual Track which for me is a complete resource drain or something this month always causing mine to crash)

As we all know It is easier to post a pic in forums opposed to an outside link for a video.Therefore I screenshot the video and posted a screenshot instead.the video is the exact same thing as the picture. Busy error function for some of us attempting to add pics or even video links.

So couldn’t actually open crystals, to have been something greyed out in the crystal Results screen afterwards.
But still better to SEE what they were saying.
Was it the entire Crystals Tab that was grey. (NO, pics later showed crystals tab, just something gray when expanding on individual crystals)

Your whole confusion and argument is due to you confusing yourself.No one has to add pics and help was offered nicely as well as video offered to pm to help confusion. Original picture you can see my camera roll at the bottom of the pic. We all can. You can see I took 2 of these exact screenshots. First one it timestamped 8:31 am. That’s the one first one I tried to use in the post headline for 15 minutes I tried to post tbis post. it was error so I posted without 8:31 one. after I posted to avoid any errors and attempt To fix the problem so I could get pics up one way or the other to get proper help and show the issue i took a new screenshot 8:56 and I didn’t crop or do nothing to it and thought maybe it will help as I assumed the “body error text” meant it was due to some issue with my pic sizing or something.i genuinely didn’t know. So I took the new screenshot taken one minute after the post and pressed send. It worked. I retook screenshots and tried many things to avoid getting the same error again in comments as I did when trying to add to post. this isn’t some
Picture conspiracy lol.so yes I took more screenshots after the post. Doesn’t erase anything.you Can seee in the pic I added at the very bottom my camera roll and if you need additional pics with timestamps let me know. but I’ll add circle for you even tho it was already posted a few hours ago. .
Hey anyway I don't have this issue so I really don't care, I answered once I saw the pic saying It was weird, hoping you could get someone else to help you. Now to be honest I don't care if someone helps you...
