  Man Overseer is very smooth to play. I wish all his hits deal burst damage on cosmic mode, and cosmic mode trigger on start of the special instead of the end

  YES!!! Give me Overseer all day! I regretted taking hulk to R3 over the Overseer. I eventually got him to R3, but later.
