Stream Pros and Cons - My initial thoughts - Feel free to add yours!

Pros:
- 7 star Galan, Nick Fury, and Apoc - and more
- New champ - not lizard and another science rip
- Cyclops rework looks promising - special spam and big numbers
- 9.2 boss looks cool
- 7 star Red g
- Supply drops are always good
- Finally taking away the decline button from BGs

Cons:
- still bugs bugs bugs galore
- no act 5 comp
- Twitch drops broken
- Livestream code says limit reached
- New in game currency to keep up with
- Lumatrix looked semi busted and the only way to get the champ is basically to pull out your pocketbook if you’re not committed to content
- 9.2 initial rewards look underwhelming

Side note: live streams do feel more engaging now, but still feel like Kabam is not listening to the community

If I missed something you’d like to add (I stepped out for a few min and I can’t remember the whole hour and fifteen min)

And when will that be? Can we get lower rarities as well?

We still don't know. And why wouldn't you be able to get lower rarities? Usually when they enter one basic they enter them all. (Looking at you quake/magik)

I know you gotta spend to get 7 star nick, but will it just be a flat out offer you buy in the store? For example, 7* nick for $80, or do you gotta collect something

I’d pump the brakes here a bit. @JackTheSnack is consistently one of the better people on this forum and has great takes. He probably just missed the rewards or misunderstood. Hence why I just asked him why he thought they were underwhelming

This is the same guy that said the only reason to watch the livestream is for the twitch drops and promo codes. No wonder he didn’t pay attention to the contents of the stream 🤷‍♂️

Hmmmmm. Let’s see. 7 star shards and gold for content I’ve already done vs rewards content I haven’t done. Also, as stated before in the comments…had a switch up

I will say, it feels completely odd and unbalanced, that some brand new 2025 Valiant-level content would come out and have 15,000 7* shards when they have now adjusted Act 5, something many of us had to do years and years ago with 4* champions, with 3,000 7* shards in it.

Like, it feels pretty imbalanced. If they're valuing 7* shards SO LOW that now players can get it in content originally made in 2017, it feels like it could easily be double that amount for 9.2 completion rewards. What's 2 7*s vs 1 at this point?

dk if this is true or not but in the pictures of the act 5 compensation i saw all the different rewards including the loads of gold , iso and everything else, but didnt see the 4k 7 star shards .

like ik they are in the act 5 rewards but in the compensation packages didnt get to see those , so correct me if im wrong

I'm glad there are less 7* crystal and titan crystals and more cats. Most endgame players already have mos tof the 7* in basic pool, these crystals are worthless for me personally nowadays, Last 10 of my pulls are dupe of champs that I'll never use.

Lumatrix isn't a whale only champ. It's a whale to get now champ. You can still her them from basic crystals later on at some undisclosed point in time as of yet.

You get 30k shards in total and one fully formed? What part of that doesn't exactly make sense to you considering the amount of effort required which is minimal? This is story content not endgame content, of course they can't give you three 7* nexus crystals and a nexus Titan if that's what you were expecting.

I get a 7 star every 20 days passively from daily super, plus anything that comes from other content to help out. If it’s end of alliance war season more shards there and more in battlegrounds. So if I’m at 10 or 11 k shards, the quicker I can open that crystal is the quicker I could pull the silk, photon, ham, onslaught, or Kushala I’ve been hunting to do some epoch paths and/or ordeal. So…yes it matters.
