Livestream promo code not working

I’ve found the code, but I can’t redeem it.

I think the content of the stream was fine, it was overall fairly enjoyable. But this promo code stupidity, is just over complicating what should be really simple and get some positive good will back to players.

So this was a test with only 2 promo code redemptions allowed. So what will it be expanded to? 5? 15? 100? I would say this test failed.

I appreciate the effort at trying to connect with the player base, but this was nor it. The marketing for this livestream feels manipulative, I think going forward I’ll just watch a YouTubers 10 min breakdown.

The intention here was 2 Codes, 1 redemption each, 2 lucky winners who were able to guess and enter first. This was a test and we'll be looking to expand on this in future livestreams.

At the end of the day, we had Twitch Drops for all ( which we comp'd from the issue today ), 5 Titan Crystals given to lucky winners, then another chance to win with the Champion Choice for another 5 people, Then we decided to give even more chances to win to two more people with the Secret codes.

Ok so twitch drops saying watch for 45mins to claim even tho you watched it it from start to finish 60 minutes think this needs addressing

The secret code, as mentioned in the stream, is a limited code. No server issues involved with as far as I can see

That just lame and bad business, what the point of having promo codes if you just going to limit them and where the fun in that. I only watch the stream for the codes and with you guys making the not only Hidden but limited is making me to rethink of watching now so I don't waste my time.
