Puns and Jokes in the livestream. Do you enjoy them or not?

Personally I don't like them. I don't find them entertaining. It seems that they are just there to waste time in order to reach an hour. Personally, due to the timing, in order for me to tune in I have to listen while I'm working. (Thankfully my job allows me to work and listen at the same time). It's just frustrating and distracts from the much more interesting info in the rest of the stream.

If there must be a way to artificially extend the length of the stream I much prefer what was done before with 20 questions, or trivia games, or guess the champ. At least those were fun, engaging, and would make me think.

    I'm mostly indifferent, cause I understand they need a bit of filler to occupy an hour.

    That said, I'd much rather they figure out a way to slow down the nonsense that takes place in chat, and fill that time with Q&A sessions.

    Is there a way to limit that amount of times an individual can send a message on twitch?

    If they limited every viewer to three total messages, I bet you chat would be far more productive. And slower, so that mods could actually read and respond to a Q&A session.

    If the livestream was just a news read of the updates, people would complain that it's got no character.
    The character Dave and Mike put into the livestream is worth keeping. I'm not expecting stand-up comic humour but the jokes are ok.

    Puns and jokes if they're funny, I'm in for it but man all of them are lame jokes and none of them make me even giggle, forget about laughs.. feel forced most of the time and just so irritating sometimes. I wish I could skip those parts but hey can't fast forward a livestream.

    Sometimes they are a bit funny, I never really find myself disliking them or being annoyed because of it, sometimes I really do just want them to get to the point, but it’s nice to have some engagement, especially when Mike is so confused by all the Dave jokes 😭

    Particularly, in this stream I laughed I lot, and it didn't seem forced. Although it looked like Mike wasn't having it, always rushing back to the content

    Good thing ackbar goes through the effort to make the livestream recaps that have all the information from the stream. Very straightforward and seems more up to the speed of what you want.

    I don't know why everyone likes being such wet tissues. Puns are unfunny and that's the way they should be . Dad jokes are supposed to be fun. Not funny. And frankly, the live streams are fun.
