He's a beast. Dupe is great but not necessary for most fights. Dupe is for regen champs.

if you can master the timing on special block to get the, vulnerabilities on the opponent, he’s almost abusively strong.
if not, he is still just SO versatile in so many odd match ups; worth your rank resources regardless.
