A Request For Kabam Help

Hello Kabam team, I was permanently banned for violating the terms of service. I am here to kindly ask you to reconsider the decision. I am a leader of my alliance, me and my cousin who is the another banned member, because of "account sharing". It was a misunderstood. We were at war and my cousin’s cellphone died (his cellphone is a Xiaomi) so he asked me if he could use my cellphone a little bit and he used it to play. Shortly after I received a notice in my account stating that one of the members violated the terms. I immediately contacted the members through our WhatsApp group to ask them if any of them were committing any violation, I removed some members that I had no proximity because I suspected it was one of them. We weren’t cheating. I did not use his account, I can prove that we are cousins. I recognize any faults of mine and any member of my alliance, any violation that has occurred has been involuntary on both sides and i would like to ask for your help, both myself and the members of the alliance are disappointed with what happened, a lot of us have known each other a long time and the game has brought us closer every day. Could you please think about giving us another chance?
Or at least change my ban period from "permanently" to 15 or 30 days .Please, give me that 1 year account anniversary, I can garantee it won’t happen again. I really feel for that.

You received a notice on YOUR account that someone in your alliance violated the ToS?
No, you didn't, that's not how it works. What ToS rule did you really break? Neither of you would get banned for your "cousin" logging into their account on your phone one time, and especially not that quickly.
You're covering up what you really did with a bad excuse. Crazy thing is, Kabam can actually see what you did and you cannot convince them of anything different. Don't cheat next time.

Does your cousin typically (or at least, occasionally) play on his phone at YOUR house.
(or visa versa, do you sometimes play on your phone at HIS house ?)

Such that both phones will have had a record of logging in from the same IP address or WiFi, etc.

Otherwise, from Kabam's viewpoint, it would have looked like YOU doing the logging in, on your phone, to HIS account, and YOU being the one to play on it.
There would be no way to see that HE is the one playing his account but on your phone, especially if location tracking would have never showed you 2 being in same place before.

Something dont add up here what are we going to find out tomorrow when they reveal what really happened im guessing cousin isnt really cousin and they werent even in the same location

Always say no! Even if your cousin’s phone ran out of battery he would have known better to charge the phone beforehand or ask for a charger or bring his own.
