Mr sinister strangling The Hulk

I don’t know who else had this happened to them but I found it a bit funny. This bug didn’t happen in repeat. It happens sometimes when I switch champion in quick secession. It does look hilarious

Lol let's be honest that wouldn't do anything to Hulk. That glitching happens to me all the time when switching which champ to use
