Make basic raids free and get rid of aq

Raids is so much better than aq I don’t see the point of keeping aq around
Maybe you can keep the chests in raids and then scale a reward based on prestige that would give whatever currency it takes to do nightmare raids. But at this point I think people prefer raids so much more that aq just feels like a chore now

We need AQ buff with more challenging nodes and difficulty comparable to pre nerft act 6 with gyatt rewards.
2. we'll end up bored, and the map is less diverse than map 8. there's less logging in than map 8, which is good for us, but for this reason i don't see kabam doing this, they've said they like the engagement factor of the non-raids maps.
3. we can scale down rewards but we'll end up at #2 anyway.
It sounds like the problem is not that everyone prefers raids, the problem is that you prefer raids, but the rest of your alliance doesn't. So let's just get rid of the thing most people like so we can force everyone to do what I like.
Raids are a compromise between what Kabam wants and what the players want. Kabam wants AQ to be a difficult, coordinated, complex puzzle-fight comparable to what traditional MMO raids look like, to the best extent possible with the game's technology. But the vast overwhelming majority of players do not want that. Whenever Kabam has made any change however small that increased the difficulty or complexity of AQ the backlash has been huge. What's more, it isn't just griping, because every time they've done so there's also been a very noticable drop in alliance quest points scored by most alliances. The time they replaced AQ minions with the Seninteloids my alliance saw a jump of several hundred places in ranking while doing the exact same effort. Alliances were not just complaining, they were also failing at high rates. The complaints were echoing the fact that most players in this game either cannot or will not be able to handle AQ difficulty above a certain - relatively low - point.
Current AQ is much easier than it used to be. No more invisible nodes, more energy, easier nodes. This was done to make design room for raids. If you like raids do raids, if you don't "normal" AQ is still here and it is even more casual friendly. Whether we like it or not, AQ has to be what the vast majority of players want it to be. Kabam made room for raids, and it is entirely possible that at some future date raids will be more frequent in availability. But it isn't a question of whether the players want to do raids more often, and more a question of whether that puts too much pressure on the alliances that don't do it to jump to them, leaving many of their members behind or struggling.
But you’re smart enough to know these things, you’ve flexed it plenty. But let’s keep the thing you seem to like to force most people to play the thing they dislike.
* AQ has lots of tedious and repetive fights.
* Raids and AW have way less fights but each fight matters more
Its no suprise people prefer raids over AQ. Someting needs to be done about AQ, its the glue that holds alliances together but nobody likes it. What a terrible model.
It needs to have less fights and each fight should matter. That would be great.
Would be great to be able to do them wéekly.
Just cut down the cost to 25% and the rewards too.
45 tickets 25% of rewards and everything that can't be divided like the 10 valiant crystals just shard it.
Or even better, get rid of the tickets… I highly doubt they are getting a lot of units for tickets consider the currency exchanger that supports it, so then what’s the point of tickets if they dont make money?
3 weeks regular raids 1 week Nightmare...
I am just looking for a compromise with the cost. I freaking hate doing AQ...
I’d be happy to supplement raids week glory with incursions nuggets to pay for tickets if that meant I can get out of AQ.
