How is Spiderwoman a counter of Enchantress?

I have gone through the description of spider woman and I cannot understand how she's a counter of Enchantress.
Please enlighten me.

She can stack 6 debilitates in enchantress kit it states debilitates count as a negative spell

She also counters miss and unstoppable with her evade mechanic which are very annoying elements of Enchantress. She also turns MD to her advantage which is not Enchantress specific but applicable to her kit.
