Hey buddy, wrong date on that - this starts NEXT week!
We'll get that date switched up.
Curious should it be April 25th to May 3rd not May 23rd?
The calendar is only a week long, but it can be started anytime during that period. They did it recently with another calendar like this and confused a lot of people with similar questions. Makes it available to a newer player base for a longer period of time to pull them in.

The original dates gave a 2 week period and the new ones give 4 weeks though. I would have expected Apr 25 - May 9, unless the duration was incorrect originally as well.

The original message for Act 9.2 also went out with the wrong date, so there's obviously something going on. It seems that they set things up according to their initial plans and then don't change the dates on things they need to before those comms go out, and of course don't catch it until after the fact. Not the first time, just seems to be a big chunk in one shot.

The typos keeps on coming.
