Using AW War boost against Arcade on Hazard Shift node.

I was fighting Arcade on Hazard Shift node in war using the Advanced power boost.
There wasn't a bar of power. When I use the Combat Regen boost, it wasn't working as well.
Is there something in Arcade's kit that's prevent War boost from working?

    Which node was it? Was it the one where you get power locked, healblock and fatesealed? Those boosts dont work against that node.

    This is why you should read the nodes first whole taking fights especially in aw
    Also you could have asked from your alliance member instead of asking here
