Xsolla store displaying double market points, giving only half

Per the picture, bought 2 expecting to get 40 market points got only 20

Has anyone else got this issue?

There's the special “Shield” milestone track, and the original milestone track still too.

So that's just saying you get those points in each of the tracks.

Wdym? You mean its ok to not be clear about a product being sold and as a result asking for a refund(btw i didnt use any of the things given by the deal so they will be taken back)? That would not be stealing by any legal or even moral definitions, besides im gonna have to play from now on without the ability to spend units, just because kabam and/or xsolla are not clear in their store about the bonuses and what is sold, but i understand and i will endure it

there won’t take it back if you go though xsola. Also it pretty clear to me how it worked. It you with didn’t get it and is now stealing unless you go though kabam support.

Would that extra 20 market pts had gotten you to milestone 3 or higher ?

The 20 you DID get would be enough for Milestone #2 (even if you skipped getting all the other free days on web store), which in turn would get you the free level of game offers.

And still a better cost deal than if you had bought those units in game itself.

Anyways, if you want a refund (if didn’t use anything), have to Submit a Request directly thru Kabam Support (not Xsolla or your payment bank), to avoid Negative/Red Units.
