SERVER DOWN?

Is the game server down?
I opened the game, opened bunch of Paragon crystals then tried to open an exalted crystal and got the network error symbol. Restarted the game and I am stuck on loading screen for last 5 minutes.

Because some ally gonna failed to finish wars due to which that will affect their war rating and postion overall

Also there is aq going so that affected too so gonna need some glory in comp too

Pls took in consideration war rating loss when ur team decide compensation
