Negative Balance

Hi guys

Woke up this morning to a warning on my account that it was in a "negative balance" and that I can't purchase anything using tickets etc....
It mentioned something about Google refunds of which I had two amounts refunded both being the value if £4.99 which where not requested nor do I know what they are for as I spend in other games.
I have sent a ticket through the site but would like to know if this is a glitch or is there something that I need to do on my end.

Thanks

The purchases of 4.99 were not done by you ?

Or the REFUND of those purchases that you made was not requested by you ??

If you make a purchase by mistake and want it refunded, you have to go thru Kabam itself for the refund, not thru Google/Apple or your Bank (or XSolla if WebStore purchase), etc.

Kabam needs to refund it, so they can remove the items you got from the purchase, otherwise you get put into Negative Units until you repay Kabam their money.

I didn't ask for a refund. I bought stuff to get out of the negative. Just wondering what happened that the purchase was refunded without me requesting it.

If you had bought multiple times of an offer (for same cost each), sometimes your processor might think it was duplicates, and sometimes might do a refund of one (??)
That has happened to some in the past.

That’s not something Kabam can answer unfortunately 99% of the time. Your bank or your phone where you have subscriptions or payments can show you the history of why it was refunded.
Go to your “past claims, pending or old status claims” and you can see your history as far back as 2009 if you wanted lol On my iPhone if I request refund for any purchases i have to toggle the bar to a reason why I am requesting refund before they start refund

Sign in to reportaproblem.apple.com and verify the refund was actually issued by you or someone else.you may be compromised.
You can review Transaction history and any refund claims and reason for.could be proactive refund for a problem Apple identified. Apple might issue a refund for a purchase if they identify an issue with the app at time of purchase like maintenance or not flowing guidlines of AppStore, even if you haven't requested it.
I’m not sure what phone you use but if it’s iPhone go search your past status claims once you sign into apple in your settings by subscriptions and purchases. I’m sure Samsung and all that have the same options too. It is happening to many people lately. So odd
