Alliance War Season 56 Rank - mail and rewards missing

Hi all,

First post on the forum!

I've been in my alliance for a couple months and asked if anyone received rank rewards for Alliance War Season 56 in the mail-they didn't mention receiving it yet. It's been over a week since the season ended, did anyone receive AW season 56 rank rewards in the mail? Do I need to submit a support ticket?

    It's been almost a month since season 56 ended, so you would've gotten rewards quite awhile ago. The off-season ended almost two weeks ago, but there's no rewards for the end of the off-season.
