Me And My Brother play in one account is it account sharing? Need help

Hi I know this might sound a bit weird but me and my brother play on one account mainly because we dont have time to make one eachother i just want to ask if this is count as Account share? My brother lives Out of my country So this could cause problems? please help me i dont want to lose my account lol Thank you in Advance!

Because Its my account and i dont share it with a person that i dont know i mean as illegal activity? or just by playing with your relatives is also illegal

I mean I sometimes ask my brother to help me do stuff in game, not like log into my account or anything, like when I needed to beat ares he helped me with the specials , and one time my phone wasn’t working during j4 a couple years ago and I wanted to make a purchase so I logged into my account on his phone, never got any action took against my account for this, but if your brother lives in another country, it may become a issue as it may look like one person starts necro in the USA ( for example ) while the same account finishes it in Asia 3 hours later

yes that sounds fishy he lives overseas because he works there i will probably tell him not to log in then He dont play much just a little arena No necro or anything like that Thank you for your answer!

It's not a matter of legality. You're not breaking the law by account sharing. What you are doing is breaking the rules of fair play in the game that have been setup since the start, which they also send you a warning message about early on. It is wrong to share accounts with anyone, regardless of any justification you might have. While it is not illegal for you to do that, Kabam is within their own legal rights to ban your account, which they should, because you broke the rules.
While you may not have time to play your own accounts individually, you will get a lot further doing that than you will having no account at all.

Edit: not making an accusation, but also not gonna rule out the possibility of you trying to mask paying a merc to run content for you. Wouldn't be the first time someone's relative did something for them because they didn't think it was wrong.

i wasnt clear english isnt my first, i created the account I play in the account he just logs in from time to time for like 5-10 minutes so i was just Interested in it if its okay or not Thank you for Your answer aswell I will try to talk to the game team

Not that I want to help you break the rules, but there's really nothing to involve the game team with. Just stop what you're doing and play the game fairly. If they ban you, they ban you - nothing is going to change that at this point. But you have the chance to change your behavior now for the better and may be able to keep your account.

You've only been playing for about two months and are already valiant, with someone accessing your account from another country? I'd say this doesn't look good (again, assuming you are legit, which you may actually be since you don't have any Everest content done).

If we had a dollar for every person who came in here asking your questions only they were already banned we would have alot of money no those dont get love those get disagreed just as bad as these ones

So, if it is just you doing almost everything on that account (brother only from time to time for maybe 5-10 minutes). Sounds like he isn’t really interested in playing the game, but rather helping you out.
What would prevent him from making his own account ?
What is preventing you from doing everything yourself on your account (sounds like you basically are anyways) ?

Similar to alliance “Piloting” in AQ/AW (if doesn’t translate correctly, that means having other teammates login at times when others cannot, and move their other player's in AQ/AW).

Which was more of an issue (as far as Energy goes) earlier on. But still as far as “who in the alliance has better skills to take down xxxx opponent (insert hard opponent ie, Enchantress, Serpent, etc)

Which is also AGAINST TERMS OF SERVICE.

Don’t know how hard you are trying to justify something clearly wrong.

(it would be another issue if you both lived in same household, played on same device, or for example parent/child letting their children spin the crystals for them, etc) still grayish (as far as both playing), less so with opening crystals when the parent is actually sitting right next to child.
