PSA: Spend Requirements for Heart of Fire

Hi everyone, saw some confusion about the cost of reaching the final milestone in Heart of Fire. Kabam Crashed confirmed the cost for getting Dark Phoenix (final milestone) would be the same as last year’s (selector).
Taking that as a given, we need to review the Omega Days event last year. There were two tracks last year, and Alpha Track and an Omega Track, below for reference.
If you want Dark Phoenix, you’d need 400 points which is 200 paragon or valiant crystals. The paragon crystals are being overlooked but (strangely) each was worth 2 points. There are 14 paragon crystals in the Alpha Track, at 20/35/50 point milestones. In Omega Track, there are 9600 units and 31 valiant crystals. From milestones in each track, you can buy and open enough crystals for 77 crystals, 154 points. That means you’d need to buy 123 valiant crystals to make up enough points for the final milestone: that’s 36,900 units.
Let’s look at some other key milestones to target:
One 7* crystal: first one available is in Omega Track at 100 points. Less Alpha and Omega track milestones by this point, you need to buy crystals for an extra 38 points, 19 crystals. That’s 5700 units.
185 points in alpha track gives the next 7* crystal: assuming 34 points from the solo milestone cab crystals, another 151 points needed. There’s 20 valiant crystals equivalent in Omega Track by there and 14 paragon in Alpha Track, for 68 points total. Requires 42 purchased crystals, 12,600 units. That’s an extra 6900 units.
3rd 7* is at 200 points Omega Track: additional 48 points needed now, 16 of which are in milestones. 16 more crystals needed for 4800 additional units. 17,400 total additional investment at this point.
Based on last year, the last milestones have all the best stuff, I’d expect the sig stones at 340 points and the R4 gem at 380 points. Depending on your thoughts, these are the milestones and total investment.
340 (I think the AG): 70 points in milestones, 70 from your units. +10,500 so now 27,900 units invested.
360 (probably the R4 gem): +3000 / 30,900 total invested
380 (selector, confirmed in penultimate milestone): +3000 / 33,900 total
400 (duped Dark Phoenix): +3000 / 36,900
Don’t forget! Look out for HoF valiant crystals offers similar to GGCs. If you’re going to be buying units directly, expect to get $50 offers for 10. If buying in the webstore, you might expect to see +2 included, so you can get 24 points for $50, an improvement on 22 points for $100 (3400 units webstore odins).
Hope people find this useful to think about what they’re hoping for from this event over the weekend. This is a very expensive event if you’ve not grinded the units. If you can spend power to you (I will be spending massively for the dupe, but within my budget). Don’t let FOMO get the better of you when you start seeing people with Dark Phoenix in their BGs decks, or posting crazy videos on YouTube.

Numbers are correct - just 31 para+ crystals in the wrong column.
33,900 units + 9,600 milestone units required to hit 400 points
There were inital offers for 12 crystals for $50.
And a few days later there were offers for 12 crystals and additional rewards for $50.
I'm not saying this will happen again like that, but just something for the spenders to keep in mind.
