Meant to post this over here but put it in the wrong thread.

Got my 2nd, 3rd, and 4th choices. May open one more up for a shot at Fury. Did manage to first time dupe my Patriot from the Valiant crystals, and got a first time dup on my Attuma from the 7* shards I picked up.

I never get lucky in events like this, so today, I made my own luck so I wouldn’t get too frustrated.

I opened a ton of the crystals, got none of the 7-star HoF characters.

But.

I did get a random 7-star Shuri, which is absolutely a win.

Also: I made sure that I picked up the Cyclops and Lumatrix today, so there’s that. Cyclops is THAT DUDE.

Maybe tomorrow or Saturday, I will hit the first 7-star HoF milestone, will get one of them then.

Don’t care which; they’re all useful in their own way. I was never a huge Nick Fury player, so I don’t care if I get it and don’t have the dupe.

Addendum: Went back in just to finish up at the first 7-star HoF milestone, which will basically close me out of this event for the major stuff.

Got Future Ant-Man, which is totally fine by me. I really would have been good with any of them

Spent the requisite 5700 Units to get the 7* Crystal.

Literally the last crystal opened before the 7* was the first and only 7* pull of the HoF crystals - got Tigra.

Then opened the 7* Crystal - duped Tigra.

I guess I need to learn how to use her

I can officially state that my hesitance about apocalypse as a 7 star was entirely valid and even with a full synergy team he's fine at best as an attacker. I guess with the valiant gauntlet it's nice to have more options but he is easily the worst champ in the pool. To think there are people saying he's better than dani 🤭

Decided to ramp up to 240 points for the additional HOF 7* and for the 2 R3 gems. My valiant crystal luck was about the same - one 7*, dup I didn’t really need. My HOF 7* was solid - didn’t get Fury as I hoped but did get my Tigra duped. Guess this means the game is telling me I finally need to figure her out. She’s probably above my skill threshold for max effectiveness, but maybe I can get close. Will certainly help for the Fintech challenge though.

Judging by the ratio of many people are getting dupes from champs such as iBoom and apoc makes me think that nick and fant man have secretly lower drop rates. Maybe 1% lower 🤔
