Not really. BRB needs more than 27 seconds to pull off his sp2 into sp1 rotation and the hit count definitely gets higher than 23. Only slight possibility is of him maybe getting like at least 7-8 shock passives with basic attacks and going straight into sp1 but that chance is so low that I wouldn't even consider it. Just report and move on imo.

Definitely a modder, I have a r4 BRB and especially with the power gain meta that's simply not possible. I've never reached more than four shocks from basic attacks and even then one sp1 won't be enough to kill it's just not possible even with the best shock RNG ever.
