I'm going to be honest when I saw Phoenix I was hyped for the buff but after taking her to r2.....she's unbelievably mid

    Nothing crazy but it's decent, she definitely won't be a nuke but she shouldn't have any issues doing 45-55 secs in BGs

    This is nothing from what i saw with my r3 phoenix. She had a 30-40 secs and 43 hits against ws max health

    Were you playing her correctly? Sp1 to get one special echo, repeat to get two, bait special, then sp1 for three echoes, then sp2

    I do sp1 sp1 sp2 with as many heavies as you can weave in.

    She turned out to be mid as a squid. I mean if you have Medusa, Scream and Angela all ranked, there’s no point even bothering with Phoenix.

    She's amazing. You need to use 3 sp1 and then only sp2s. After the sp2, don't use heavy attacks, use as many light and mediums as possible.

    She's far from mid, going to be a useful bgs attacker and my to go counter for zola.

    Slow? How many 7* can do 550k damage in 1:10 at r1? It feels slow because you're throwing multiple sp1s and then sp2 but you're ignoring the fact that she gains a lot of power too, look at the actual times she's putting.

    Phoenix definitely has uses. She seems to be very well designed - good as a counter for specific BG defenders, decent (but not outrageous) damage to use as a BG attacker if needed, but her main kit is more for questing.

    In contrast to those examples you listed, she has easy DoT access, she has easy knockdown access, she has power lock immunity. Like Scream, Phoenix has a decent regen ability but she also can survive a KO.

    None of these abilities I have listed have any use in Arena, so you're missing out if you're just using her for arena.

    You’re two for two on absolutely egregious takes recently
    I think he's CEO of bad takes at this point, Banquet champs > HoF champs was the worst one so far tho.
    That take had me reeling. It’s impressive how confidently he’s saying this stuff too
