I claimed all, it seems I only received half of the Reunion crystals (3), and got a notification to claim/receive the energy - but weirdly don't have a batch of 3 of either the energy or the revives in my items overflow stash so I don't know what happened with that at all.

Is it to do with the shift to not just having them running while the stream is live (allowing to watch the already aired stream for them). Wasn't that new last time when this went wrong.

How does this address the players that get to double up? Those reunion crystals can pack a punch, revives and refills are always welcomed. No one expects it to be perfect but recently the track record is real bad.

How do you expect them to figure out who has actually received rewards in their game, and then not allow promo codes to be redeemed on their account etc. just accept it, it’s not the end of the world. And this is coming from someone who claimed all rewards but didn’t get anything in game, I’m fine with it as long as I get what I was supposed to.

Part of me wants to agree with this, but then I got to double up last time as it worked for me then, but not today. I’ll put this down to you win some, you lose some.

Just give up drops. They are trash and never work and forcing your customers to create another account sucks. Promo code always work. Just stop fixing things that arent broken

This is coming from someone who watched both streams entirely and couldn’t get the drops through twitch and is only getting the later promo code. So at this point just only do the promo codes since they end up having to do it anyway. Early on Twitch drops worked fine but the last 4/5 streams something has gone wrong, wrong time zone, drops not enabled, timer not working, the list goes on and it’s frustrating for everyone involved.

I clicked claim to all of them. Then i logged in the game and all i got was 3 crystals and some refills. missing all the rest .....
