I clicked claim to all of them. Then i logged in the game and all i got was 3 crystals and some refills. missing all the rest .....

You should be happy; you'll get to keep what you got and then get everything when they release the promo code like the last two times.

It's not exactly a big deal but it's becoming a running joke at this stage. What a $h!t show. Lol

Frankly, if you need to incentivize people to watch these streams live, maybe the streams themselves need to be more compelling. If they went one month without giveaways, I’d be interested to see the metrics on stream views vs. traffic on the stream recap posts.

Its not really a kabam issue i think its more twitch

It's kabams decision to keep using it instead of going back to codes.

On my twitch it says my rewards are claimed but I havent claimed them. Then when I tap on the claim tab it won't let me. Ridiculous.

The cycle of updates and upgrades and release cycles. Nothing is guaranteed to stay working forever. Unfortunate, but we'll get this all squared away.

When is cycle of fixes and bug reviews? A proper one of it?

Watched the whole stream. Earned and claimed all the rewards. Zero showed up in game. 2nd stream in a row this happened

So this is the first time its the same issue back to back, we're working on a fix for it and were hopeful it would be ready but because of the extra stream this month we may not have had enough time. Still checking to see if things are able to go through, just delayed, but if they dont then we have a fallback plan to get y'all some rewards. stay tuned

They already said if you dont get it today then tomorrow submit a ticket and support can try and help who ever didnt get it but should have

Eventually Twitch drops may work as intended, but the fact that this is the 3rd stream in a row it’s not worked. It’s feeling really amateurish you can’t get this right.

Agree with this 100%.

Also, if you want people rubing into the streams on twitch to bump your numbers, put the giveaways back on twitch. I will never win, but at least when they were there I could at least enter, unlike Gleam which says my zero entries are too many every time.

Nothing yet. I hate to be the negative one, but I'd say the drop system needs to be revisited at a later time. This isn't working it seems.
