Title: Account Permanently Banned Without Reason (TOS: 8) – Please Help

Hi everyone,

I need help regarding my account. Today I tried to log in and got a message saying my account has been permanently closed due to a Terms of Service violation [TOS: 8].

I was shocked because I’ve never cheated, used third-party tools, or broken any rules. I’ve actually just been playing more actively lately, especially in battles. My reaction time has improved, and I’ve been winning a lot of fights – maybe faster than usual. But I feel like the system mistook my legit improvement for cheating.

Could this be a false ban? Has anyone experienced the same?

I’ve sent a support ticket already, but I wanted to share this here in case someone from the team sees it or if other players can share advice.

I’ve invested so much time in this game, and it’s really frustrating to lose everything without doing anything wrong.

    I swear I wasn't cheating I face maex and faced pepe faced Andrew in bgs I faced many streamers lost some and lose some I really don't know what is the ban for

    I swear I never used mods in bgs I would like from any kabam employee to prove that I was cheating in bgs

    I doubt this statement, How fast can it be? Winning a lot? How can it be? The more you climb, the harder it will be

    I really hope I could I only have screen of the fights but the acc is banned I can't see the stats but the hit monkey one was normal highest dmg was 14k I only took dmg bleed from dexing bullseye sp2 and get out 93% I have screen of the fights I can do the fight more and more and more venom fight was RNG spot vs Zola can do it more and more I don't know if these fight leads to opponent reports me pepe told me in his live he first thought my acc was pilot and chat told him to report me he saw the stats and said he is legit and told me you are unknown doing these fights is a red flag what's the problem being good at some fight I am 358 points not that good mid I really don't know I am waiting for the support

    Perhaps this ban is related to account sharing? That's a bannable ofense as well...

    Sharing is a bannable it’s against TOS so yeah take it on the chin and dont share

    My brother is 14 years old I play from his mobile it's like a second mobile for me if my phone is not charged plus it's been
    5 years putting my account on his mobile since he is a little child so that's not the reason anyway

    Normally sharing, yes it's against tos.......but that don't get you banned permanently.
    Something happened to trigger permanent ban.

    It's not sharing they should figure out that the game is opened from the same home or the same location it's like I have two mobiles if I have two mobiles it's sharing!!!?

    Or do you think its from BGs wins?
