Twitch drops still broken.

It says "claim" but the button doesn't work. Is it time for a new platform yet?

Nothing yet. I hate to be the negative one, but I'd say the drop system needs to be revisited at a later time. This isn't working it seems.

So I let it play on background while muted. This is quiet Helpful for different timezones.

Claimed all.
Only got 3 crystals and 5 refills.
Not bad for bugged drops. Lol

I have a related but different issue @KabamPinwheel, I claimed my drops in Twitch, closed and reopened the game and my drop rewards popped up to claim, including the 6 Reunion crystals (2 sets of 3 crystals), but when I went to my crystals tab, it showed I only had 4 Reunion crystals total.

It's showing drops are Claimed but only 1 received 1 energy only. Last time same happened with me this sucks

So this is the first time its the same issue back to back, we're working on a fix for it and were hopeful it would be ready but because of the extra stream this month we may not have had enough time. Still checking to see if things are able to go through, just delayed, but if they dont then we have a fallback plan to get y'all some rewards. stay tuned

Well. I tried claiming them when they came out. (Two sets of rewards)
At some point it dropped to a single set of rewards. Twitch says they're claimed. Never showed up in-game. Don't know what the issue is. But I"m beyond thinking they're going to come through. It's been 9 hours.

Again, Kabam, needs to just abandon drops. They've never worked smooth for anybody. I get the code thing didn't work, either, because it still rewarded people who didn't tune into the stream, but at this point, they're getting the same things as the rest of us...

MCOC twitch says I need only 7 minutes of watching a video to claim all the drops but I am stuck on it and not even progressing after hours of watching videos already!

The team is looking into why this continues to happen, if we don't get resolution promptly, I'll update later today with a code. Hang on everyone!

I’m assuming you’re not updating today? Seen as today is nearly over in PST. I know you guys are always good for it and the code will come eventually but it’s frustrating putting timelines on things that you can’t stick to. Extra communication when you can’t make the timelines you’ve mentioned would be useful going forwards :-)

I claimed everything yesterday even though it was glitched, but it still hasn't shown up in game. This is getting a little silly.
