PC release milestone rewards code

I signed up for the milestone rewards for the PC release on the 1st of May and I've put in (what I think is) my code (from my email of course) only for it to tell me that it's not valid, what's wrong here?😠😞

    Do Copy/Paste to avoid entering incorrectly.

    Case sensitive, but also watch for ones that look alike.

    It's the weekend soooooo just going by the posts we usually get, I'm gonna guess your brother used your phone to play the game amd claimed the code already.

    Nah I only have a sister and we haven't even played the same games for years now, but the thing is I went into my email saw my code and went to the web store just for it to tell me it's not valid which is flat out confusing and frustrating me, so yeah 👍
