Now that R4s have been out for a while, what's the easiest/most cost effective way to r4 a champion from easiest to most difficult?

Would you say 9.2>Ordeal> Epoch of pain? And are those the only ways right now to get rank 4 mats?

There's also the 10th anniversary Carinas challenge milestones, but you have to do a lot to just get one cat.
