Nick fury because it’s very unlikely you get him as a 7* since the heart of fire event is over.

They should both go up at some point, but do fury if you have an awakening gem.

Both, unless you’re lucky and manage to pull 7 star onslaught (which most likely won’t happen for a while)

Whats the exact utility of onslaught?
I undersrand his rotation but why go through all neuro load up to trigger regen later. Is he big on defense?

onslaught has miss, he can shut down willpower, his degens can be paused, and they have more effect on specials attacks. he also has non contact attacks which prevent parry stuns and thorns. He also has so many immunities and he is resistant to bleed, shock, and incinerate so he get free willpower from those

It means onslaught will suffer the debuff, it will show up under his health bar, but he will take no damage from it. Therefore it will count as a debuff, giving you willpower healing. And even better if it is a shock or incinerate, the opponent will get a ton of neuroshocks while he takes no damage from the debuff and heal from it. His utility via immunities is one of the best in the game
