Missing PC registration rewards

Do we have a time frame when we are supposed to receive our rewards? I heard 5/19/25 would be second wave but I have still not received mine.

    It's coming as an email, not in-game.

    Be sure to check your Trash/Spam folder in case it's been identified as such.

    Still haven't gotten mine and I checked all of the places it could've been filtered to in my email. Nothing.

    Yeah same have checked every folder in email. Still nothing

    It was supposed to be released on 19th. It's now 21st. I raised a ticket using event quest category and they did respond that I should wait for next batch but how long do we have to wait? To add, I registered on 2nd May.

    May 30th still no email. Got a feeling they not sending another wave.

    I just happened to check my alts email as I had given up.sent the 28th got reward code. But my main still hasn't got it.

    I had given up hope until I saw your post. I just checked my email and I saw I finally gone mine on the 28th, too. Didn't see it sooner because I was traveling.
