Xsolla web shop logs me out every day

Is it possible to fix this so I can stay logged in to claim my daily and weekly crystal? The website logs me out daily. It's just annoying having to login every day.

    Since it is run by a different company, that wouldn't be a question for Kabam. I'd start with asking Xsolla and go from there.

    I did. Email xsolla support, went back and forth 7 times trying to explain to them their cookies don't work and the site logs me out daily. They said to contact the game developer and they have no idea what I'm even talking about. The support agents are asking me for an eror code. They are clueless.

    Even the Forums eventually log you out, but after a much longer time, like several months ??

    If it is a financial site (you can purchase stuff from it, or your Bank, etc), it is probably not a good idea to keep you logged in over a period of time.

    I wonder what the Cookie Expiration time is, if you look at it on your PC ?
    (on Apple I haven’t been able to see Cookie info, contents/expiration, like I can on PC. Don't know about Android)

    Not sure how to check that. It's a shop like any other. I use lots of store websites on ipad in chrome (amazon, ebay, target, etc) and they don't log me out every day. Whatever cookie they got set up, it definitely expires after like a day and xsolla support doesn't seem to understand what I'm even telling them.

    The shopping cart is still broken. It falls on Kabam as it is their website. I don't have any problem with the company where the payment goes to. How hard is it to freaking fix a bug in the webstore?

    It is in fact a twenty four hour session cookie. There won't be any way to override that, it has to be changed by the store.

    I was hoping they could actually change it. It's insane having to log in daily to claim a crystal in 2025
