Glory store buff when?

We got the new radiance store which is nice, but I have lost any incentive doing aq since the glory store after a week of playing for a valiant doesn’t leave me anything substantial enough to even r2 a 7* it desperately needs a buff, or just delete it entirely and make it so we get radiance from doing aq and not glory

Does the radiance only replace the rank rewards, then we still get peak milestone rewards separately?

Also, will alliance BG rank rewards remain as they are, or convert to radiance in the future? Getting 15% of a t4a (along with other goodies, I acknowledge) seems really weak for a top 10% alliance.
