Missing BG solo objective for the event

Just did a BG match and it didn’t give the 100 points which makes me think the correct objective is not enabled

Now they scam people .I did my objective yesterday and didn't receive 100 points, got only 20 points. This is only game we need to keep on knocking on their door to get things done for our own account. Why would each player has to do extra work like submitting tickets to get points for their inability to run any events without messing it up? They should be compensating without each player has to do extra work. This game lost it's vibe for a while now. I am still wondering, how is this still running !

Off season BG objective actually gave 300 trophy tokens if I am not wrong. So how is 250>300?

That quest is not even showing up for me as "Redmption Arc." It's just a generic "Battle Ready" quest.

Did you play and collect your objective from yesterday? If not potentially that may be the reason. Once you collect this objective, it may refresh tomorrow.

Points are still bugged…

13 total matches in pre-season for me. Both days of objectives claimed.

If the objective wins don’t count as “completed a match in Battlegrounds,” then I should be at 420 points (100x2 plus 11x20).

If those objective wins also count as “completed a match in Battlegrounds,” then I should be at 460 points (100x2 plus 13x20).

As it stands, I’m currently at 360 points in the event. Which seems off by a bit.

This seems to be working for some people and not others. It's a bug not a scam. You gotta tell them you are affected but the bug so they can fix you. You can't fix things for someone if you don't know it's broke for them.

Historically, if enough people report something and they can't manually fix so many people, then they do a global fix. Filing a report takes as much time as complaining on the forum.

Both of you make good points—it isn’t a scam, of course, but it is annoying that execution of basic things like event launching (cf. AW “Big Solo Event”) and event scoring (cf. this BGs offseason event) seems to be beyond the capabilities of the game team.

What does it take to get things right? Why is there usually just an “oopsie” from the team on one of its many channels (if it’s even findable at all)?

We can hope for better. But this is kind of where we are right now.
