That sucks. First we have the double track event which give 7 star for spenders only. Then they locked up Eidols for spenders too (by the time they enter basic pool and pull them they will be outdated). Now Torch is behind paywall. I mean give us f2ps a break already.

Don’t worry tho, because kabam gave you the best alternative for FTP. Some lucky one of us will get the OG human torch for basically free. The beautiful red hulk.

All jokes aside, i was fine with giving spenders stuff when they were decent champs, but giving a champ that basically works against 90% of mystic defenders in bg because hardly anyone is immune to nova flame seems ridiculous. I wouldn’t have minded it if they announced him coming to basic or titan crystal soon, but knowing how the timeline usually works, it means we need to keep banning r4 human torch every game so that our mystic defenders don’t become useless.

F2p are getting me fantastic, just got Phoenix, and new 7 stars will be available in the new pve mode which while ranked rewards will be based on everyone getting the same characters

My guess is probly like red guardian 400 dollars in the webstore maybe get his dupe through the units spent even tbough his awakening is not even really needed

Pretty much, why would they give it to f2p?

They wont add any “revenue” or something that they can “profit” off of while making people pay the asking amount that they want for july 4th

I said it somewhere that they are going to entice players into spending on big sales as the only thing else they can really sell on July 4th is tank up materials for r4’s

We aren’t even close to r5’s as those would be closer to banquet event. And rinse and repeat next year

And there has been cadence with every big sale offering a champion that is currently 6* gated.

Pretty much if you wanna push for bg’s torch is needed imo.
