WillPower is not working in the off season of BG, Is that intended or anything else ?

I notice my Sinister and other champions can not heal when they are inflited no-dam debuffs or DOT although My willpower has set to 3 points.

When I try other mode, it is healed normally? So the BG design has been changed ot anything else ?

    Check your BG mastery setup, you can have a separate mastery setup there from other modes. It’s quite possible you accidentally saved a non-willpower setup. That or you’re just fighting a champ that disables willpower like Photon or Dust.
