Who do you guys think is the best champ in the game right now?
Let’s keep it friendly—no debates like “they’re 6-star locked so they can’t be the best.” Just honest takes!
I’ll go first:
For me, the best champ in the game—hands down—is Kitty Pryde.
Her playstyle is so unique and fun, and she can handle almost anything you throw at her.
Second place: Nick Fury. An absolute beast in his own right and clutch in so many situations.
Third: Stark Spidey. Still love his utility and damage when ramped up.
If I had to break it down by class:
Mutant: Kitty Pryde

Tech: Stark Spidey
Cosmic: Yeah, I know everyone says Herc, and Angela’s also great
Science: Human Torch
Mystic: Doom, OG Scarlet Witch, Kushala, or even Juggs—Mystic is seriously stacked right now

Obviously my other favourite is Hercules.
Still terrible with Shang Chi but one day…

Second favorite is Juggernaut, who's sitting duped at rank 3, for the same reasons as Titania. With all those Unstoppables stacked up, you just become an immovable object, and the damage on a single sp2 is so incredibly absurd and satisfying.
My favorite Skill champ has to be Chee'ilth, who I'm planning to take to rank 3, and it's not even close. Her debuff shrug off, her massive Bleeds, her heavy refresh, and her Regen, it's all utility that my roster desperately lacks, and watching those Bleeds just ramp up is so satisfying.
Favorite Mutant is Dust, I love her visuals, and the sp2 sp1 spam is so fun once it gets going. Bishop is a close second too, he's so simple to play, and his damage is great.
My favorite Tech has to be Guardian, who's currently sitting at rank 3 sig 99. I love his sp2-sp1 loop, and the damage bump he gets from the HB relic is absolutely amazing. I have no regrets taking up this underrated king.
Last but not least, my favorite Cosmic champ. As of a few days ago it would have been the OG Cosmic Goat Herc, but from what I've seen Karolina Dean might take that spot. I'll see how fun and smooth she is to play once I get her, but for now Herc is still my favorite in the Cosmic class. He's taken me through act 6, 7, 8, and 9.1, and he has so much handy utility. I can't tell you how grateful I am for his special 3 Indestructible and his sig ability Immortality.
To me, she is the best. Her utility and damage output when she's in Binary Ignition is just bonkers. She gains a 12 second Indestructible buff (max sig), purifies damn near all current debuffs on her, and she has Unblockable beam attacks that deal True Damage, Sp 2 inflicts a stun debuff for 3.5 seconds, and heavy intercept inflicts one for 2.5 seconds. Plus, at 25 charges she gets 5 fury buffs. And as long as the defender isn't armor break immune, she can end a lot of fights real quick. She deals 30% burst damage also, and is poison immune. Has Power Gain on Sp 3, and persistent charges and power during quests.
Pairs well with Thor relic.

Tech: Ironheart. She's just so good all around.
Mutant 1: OG Storm. Her Sp 2 damage is a mic dropper.
Mutant 2: Sinister. The degens. That is all lol.
Skill 1: Okoye. Counters annoying evade, and just MELTS the defender.
Skill 2: Chee'ilth. The BLEEDS and Unstoppable counter.
Science: Photon STILL lmao
Mystic: Kushala, Shathra and Spiral are all deserving.
-Insane damage and utility for every single piece of content.
-Counters miss and evade the whole fight and needs just 2 bars of power to become fully debuff immune.
-Crazy utility already but also has absurd damage for some reason.
-Great AI manipulation adding up to how safe she is to play if a bit experienced
A r3 Kate Bishop would deal approximately 2 million damage per minute just by coldsnap and with a single synergy, unboosted. Caltrops damage and basics would probably take that to over 3 million at the very least. She does necro fights in 4 minutes with medium boosts, most BGs fights take under a minute with full health against same rank and sometimes even a rank above.
Just an overall overtuned champion imo. I'll farm disagrees with this take but I'm glad Shang won over her. She would be broken but community doesn't care unless its a defender and the general approach to game balance is inconsistent so...
Doesn't change the fact that Serpent deserves all kinds of nerfs possible
Cosmic: Glad
As the owner of a r3 duped Ham, Ham is one of the most powerful champions in the game with very minimal effort.
His ability to become degen immune is super rare, it’s only given to 3 or 4 champions? (Synergy included)
Rotations for short fights, rotations for medium fights, rotations for long fights. Mister Ham has it all.
A high sig Ham doesn’t actually have to touch the opponent to deal damage, using his evade can place Porker Poppers, not ideal but you know, just a little bonus, never know when you need it. (Low sig can do it the chance is just a lot lower)
Not to mention his decent use on defence duped, the restriction he has for most attackers when they have porker poppers on them, plus his evade, he has counters but in a battlegrounds scene counters sometimes aren’t available, plus as a 7* r3 he’s pretty tanky.
If the opponent is stunnable (I know it’s pretty rare nowadays with all the modes and champions) but Ronan is still a great option smack a Thor relic and you’re good to go, but he’s not the best in the game I’m not that delusional lol.
that , Vox included, but they always seem to be good attackers though.
