Did you Max the Unit Offer in Radiance Store?

So the store as you know starts off scaling with small changes then picks up especially as you get past the 4th/5th purchase

But despite this, units are just so valuable now given the allure of Exclusive Champions like HoF that getting the full 750 units each month could be advantageous.

So did anyone max them? Or did you stop halfway.

    lol, who off topic'd the opening post??

    i wouldn't buy units from the radiance store. if the store wasn't updated for a long time, the units will eventually be one of the better values (ie. check how poorly t6b aged in the loyalty store), but they're going to update it several times a year so i'd stick with what helps your account the most depending on your progression level.

    I did for HOF ( didn’t get lucky )

    now saving for that mastery point

    25k away after that will definitely use radiance for units whenever I can

    I think for any Casual FTP players the best choice to stock up radiance. We know magik will be released sometime within the next 12 months and kabam said she'll have very meta relevant kit (They said the same for dthanos and he ended up great). So it's better to stock up for now.

    Radiance store is good but there's nothing insane there.

    The radiance limit is 600k so she likely won't cost above it (unless they split her into pieces and each piece cost a ton, but that's unlikely)

    The radiance limit is 600k so she likely won't cost above it (unless they split her into pieces and each piece cost a ton, but that's unlikely)
    won’t be surprised if they make it 5 pieces at 125k each 625k total

    but it would be better if she’s 500k at once

    I found out that getting 4 pieces of deathless champs is going to push back my personal progression by 2 months atleast.
    225k radiance is big investment. But that's the price I have to pay to get r4 sig 200 dhanos...

    Then mastery point will come next. For 125k.

    I'll be behind without buying t4a regularly.
    It's the best value item in there ATM.

    I have the exact same situation. But my plan is to get one piece per month so not to fall too behind and also eventually get DThanos soon enough. Plus the Radiance will start accumulating faster with time

    I am not sure what to do but I think it's worth it I play arena just to get the 3 star version of new champs and only do 2 rounds in summoner trials for 26 units
    So I will buy it today also I will try to get as much as units possible before the July 4 because I am sure with around 21k units I will get more rankup and champs materials which I might get in spending my whole 63k radiance

    I’m going for r3 mats so I can expand my roster, place higher, then get more radiance every season. I think that’s probably the best choice rn for F2P, but once you’re all good on that front, saving for Magik might be the best choice. We don’t really know how that works yet though

    Then only T-7 and T4 with leftover radiance.

    Mastery point first, then t4 and t7 with an occasional t3a and t6b thrown in when needed. Never units

    He is going to be my 4th r4 as a prestige play. I'm targeting going back to top 90 AQ ally. Raidence won't be a problem then. Have to force a prestige rankup soon.
    And he comes as a sig 200 champ, which are not common atm.
    R3 will be common before we blink tho.

    solid point, which would put it like trading in/ selling off lower resources. which in most instances is, it is a **** deal UNLESS you’re trying to reach a specific goal (like units for July), or everything else available for that currency isn’t relevant (Raidiance store ain’t there yet by a long shot).

    I see the point of units, if that’s your goal. still say hit arenas heavy and often, but units are the “best’ option, for some people’s accounts, in their own judgement.

    I was going to save for the mastery point but when I saw it was bugged, I said whatever and just got rank-up mats to R3 NTW. I really like her even if her damage is mid.
    The advent of radiance made me join a new ally that does AQ, AW, and Raids, so in combination with BG I'm not too worried about being low on radiance.
    But the unit offer? No. I grind arena so the value just isn't there for me in trading that much radiance for something I can get for free with not too much effort.

    I’ve got mixed feelings about this tbh. I’m okay with picking up the units 4 times per reset, that gives 300 units for around 5K radiance, which is just a bit more than a day’s worth of arena grind but It adds value if the Arena units aren’t enough (tho honestly, nothing feels like enough at this point).

    And 5K radiance per month is just half of what we can earn by reaching GC, so it's not too bad overall.

    You have to keep in mind that not everyone does arena, they could find it boring, not have the time etc. Also doing it every week to max milestones will put you at risk for Carpal Tunnel, Arthritis etc.

    I think for f2p players or low spenders it could be a great way to prepare for those ginormous paywalls we see around the time of spring/july/banquet etc

    F2P and skips arena so the units are great for me.

    Max it out twice so far and will keep doing it. I like free units so I can't see myself not maxing it out everytime.
