Pause abusers - Finally the solution!

If we cant get rid of pause button on Battlegrounds, Kabam may create a new report button

Abusive paused match

So, 2 things will happen

1 - The match will be inspected if the pause button was used for more than 30 seconds or for the entire match.

2 - Pause abusers will be so scared that they wont do this again.

Hope Kabam guys take a look

I’m fully convinced you are just the worst player in this game. If you cannot get more than 15,000 you are terrible and shouldn’t be playing the mode in the first place

They never said pausing is cheating yes they frown upon it but it is not cheating if you cant score over 15k points then you know what alot of us say

Getting into gladiators circuit is like finishing the tutorial in a game, I don’t care where you placed last season. Also, Newbie is hysterical I starting playing this game 9 years ago, and am leagues above where you are in the game, both skill and progression wise. Do everyone a favor and never comment again

At this point you are just wasting your typing if they do something they will do something if not they wont you post spamming this every season is not going to get this taken care of any quicker or at all

So if someone has bad internet and it takes forever to load the match, then they get punished because the automatic system determined they were pausing when in reality it was their internet being bad?

Or rather should we make the client even more complicated by having the ability to track when the game is paused and raises a flag to the bot for action. The whole caveat being that there would be no action taken because kabam is fine with pausing in BGs and that's a lot of work to create something that does nothing.

If you decide that all pausers need to be punished because some people exploit the pause function, then you will take down a lot of innocents in the crossfire of this war you have decided to wage.

In all seriousness, I would give up trying to "fix" and issue that kabam doesn't see as a problem. You'll get just as much done telling these things to a brick wall.

I think real life is way more important. If something like this happens to me I just quit the fight. No need to get any advantage.

Pause is a tactic. Not a good one, but still a tactic. Losing to a pauser should give one ample reason to…pause and reflect.
