Bg tokens

Why do we still get tokens for battlegrounds when the solo event is deleted. What is the use for that besides alliance score ??

Trophy tokens to use in bg store from alliance milestones.
Little bit of rank rewards for alliances.
Okayish rank rewards for top 100 ranks.
A place in competitive alliance.
That's about it...

So Use EMs in GC to get more ally points.
Removes solo point farming motives from VT.
More people in GC will result in easier climb to 200 points.

Personally they could keep the solo event extra 7* shards and 2,5K titan is still fine
