Just curious, does anyone know if it will eventually be like the deathless where we could purchase pieces/light/whatever for units or is our only option to cash out? Because I don’t mind holding on for a while and eventually getting the 7*

My guess is light essence will never be available again, otherwise they are going to get a lot of flak for having the 7* shard trade-in rn

This design was intentional they did it like this so most the player base 95%+ would have to pay to get them kabam crash 2 streams ago confirmed that isophyne was the only intended real ftp one to get because of her being released during the 10 yr anniversary the remaining most the playerbase would need to pay to get them if they want them on release

The deathless champions are completely different to the eidols. You keep asserting that players should be able to get the Eidols for free but that's just based on you wanting them

The definition of trophy champion is an exclusive champion that can only be obtained through very select methods at specific times, not "not good" lmao

They could change ALL Essence sources to be Essence SELECTORS instead, until the end of Eidol collecting.
Selecting between ANY of the prior Essences (and/or the then current Essence)

So you could continue to get one type of Essence until you have enough to get the champ.
Then switch your future selections to the next one.

I’ll eventually have enough from all the free ones to get a single champ, without collecting any “portion” for any of the others.
