I kinda hate Wolfsbane - of all the New Mutants and Generation X and Academy X, she's at the very bottom. But I'll always take more X-Men.

You know who would be cool though? Bloodstorm.

How are you gonna pull a 180 and suddenly act like you didn't just say bloodstorm was an irrelevant champion?

I would also argue that rahne is like the most complex character in new mutants. Her level of religious guilt is something that has consistently given her character a lot of depth. I love most of the new mutants to death but a lot of them are pretty basic characters without a lot of depth and rely on their personalities whereas rahne dealing with her upbringing is something that should be focused on way way more

Magik had been in the comics prior to the new mutants run, that's the distinction I'm making.

I wouldn't say she's not queer, she's just not been specifically defined as such in the comics even though it's coded hard enough for it to be included in the adaptation

The road map only goes up to August right now. Dracula feels the most likely, though I do think given how the devs choose characters that bloodstorm is a possibility as a fun weird take on a character

I would love wolfsbane but given what it's based on it's most likely a vampire. I would guess either Dracula, Deacon frost or bloodstorm
The name of the synergy "Canine Teeth..." Is a lyric from Chappel Roan's song Red Wine Supernova, which talk about a lesbian relationship... Although it's weird having Morbius in it, I would say Wolfsbane is a pretty good guess since she's also part of the lgbt community
It's a reference to a comic issue where karolina Dean was bitten by a vampire. The Chappel reference is probably just a little tie in.

Also as much as I fully believe that wolfsbane and Dani are clearly in love with one another, she's only actually been presented explicitly as queer in the new mutants film, it's possible that they would identify her as queer given the way her character has been written but I'm still hesitant to say that they would specifically include her in a pride synergy

What do you mean relevance? This game is about focusing on and exploring all aspects of the marvel comic universe, from the a list down to the obscure. They've clearly started using October as a spooky month so adding a vampire character is hardly irrelevant
Rahne is hardly irrelevant. She’s an original New Mutant and despite the weak effort in the New Mutants movie, she’s been around for a long time.

Most of her relationships or crushes I can recall were with mutant males (Cypher, Cannonball, Havok, wolf god in Asgard) so she may not be the correct champ here.

I literally never said that rahne was irrelevant? Rahne is one of my top 5 marvel characters of all time and I've read a hell of a lot of her runs, I wasn't the person that was arguing about relevance but I would never call her irrelevant.

I do think she could fit in the pride synergy given that her and dani are all but together and we're presented as such in the film.

I was arguing that the idea that a vampire wouldn't be relevant was dumb

They can go out together with practically... 0 chance. Agatha mystic and Dracula mystic, the Kabam will not release two champions with the same class for 3 years, they have never done this, in order to comply diversity of classes

Blade is a half vampire who primarily fights using his weapon skills and his abilities are built around debuff removal and bleeds. Joaquin and morbius are both genetically created characters that have powers resembling those of vampires.

Dracula is an ancient vampire, he would 1000% be mystic
