Banned for no reason

My account is suspended for "use of third party software" i have never cheated nor will i ever cheat in a video game ive spent so much time and effort in this game and i just purchased the monthly system my account name is avobdavo plz unban me i did nothing.

    But this is so much worse than a regular bug.

    You'd be surprised many people without access to the google play or Apple stores download the APK from a 3rd party download site because the game isn't available to them in the region or some other reason. There isn't a mistake in their software.

    I downloaded it from the google play store. I had broken my phone a little while back and got a new one and everything from my old phone was downloaded to my new one without any manual interaction is it possible that could have caused it?

    I hadnt deleted or redownloaded it after breaking my phone. i also have 2 accounts, And sometimes ill split screen mcoc on my phone with youtube and auto fight old quests but i dont think any of that breaks the tos?

    To be honest, ban should be very careful, any successful game has cheaters, incidentally banning innocent players is the way to kill a successful game,
    I might lose one of my friends who is a very honest player and uses android device.
    I agree totally i really love this game and this is ruining my view of it tbh i hope they get this fixed

    That's not a thing. Apps don't just appear on a new phone. The only way to do it is if you use an app to transfer apps and information from old to new. Otherwise without physically downloading them, they just don't appear.

    Well I kinda understand some of this people and I am not gonna do the usual poke.
    App stores like Aptoid and stuff like that wether you like it or not ARE 3RD PARTY.
    For some reason some countries or some devices end with no access to the google play store. Old device is one of the reason for example; but that is still responsibility of the player.

    Not exactly an app, but devices can transfer over apps from an apple ID or thought the setup menu when you setup a device

    I changed my phone recently.
    Kept old and new phons side by side and it got setup.
    No internet was involved during this process.

    Correct. But there's still manual clicks that have to happen. They don't just appear when you get a new phone.

    I always set up my new phone by backing up my old phone, and then restoring the backup to my new phone. No downloading of apps. This is what iPhone tells you to do.

    I also delete MCOC every month before I download the new version, because I heard this can reduce lag.

    Personally, I think Kabam should've used this new software to give everyone a warning, and tell them to delete their app and redownload it from the official source. We are seeing a lot of foreigners complain about this, and I suspect that's because it's more common in their countries for them to download things from alternative sources, without ever thinking it might be bad.

    Well yeah I have been playing on ipad for a long time and they call it a third party software. Does apple allow you to download 3rd paty softwares? I never found anything like that before. I am sure mine was mistakenly banned.

    Can't do much if they downloaded apk to play.
    I kinda feel dirty saying this, is so unlike me lol; but Kabam should have announced this with a warning prior to an automatic ban by a new system...I dunno this situation feels weird.

    Maybe some would benefit and delete/reinstall from a legit source. But seems like a lot are unable to do that if in China or possibly other countries.
