Suspension for no reason!

I just received a suspension for 7 days from kabam for absolutely NO REASON! I am an active player who sign in multiple times daily, whenever I have spare time. I use NO illegal software or methods of gameplay! I am in Diamond 4 in BGs, Valiant, barely have r3 7* champs, crappy pulls majority of the time, hardly had time for arenas, hardly time to complete monthly events (just focused on alliance based events and whatever limited-time events I can complete for rewards). Only returned back to MCOC about 1 year ago after leaving because of crappy pulls and lagging gameplay, when saving up for months to open multiple crystals at a time using units. I've saved the hard way by grinding units through arenas and monthly quests, etc back then. Spent on monthly subscriptions and on the double track events when I first returned. What the **** is this Kabam? You are suspending people off of guesses now! I am all for the ban for the cheaters but this is the first time I've ever been suspended and I did absolutely NOTHING wrong! I have NEVER violated the terms and never will. Played this game since it first came out and recently returned and was enjoying the game again! Fix this nonsense or you will lose the entire community with your unfair ****! My alliance is depending on me for activity and as a leader! I can promise this will be the last straw for me, as well as many others who spend lots on this game, concerning kabam as a whole, if this is not rectified!!!

Additionally, I barely scraped GC last BG season. Have been getting crappy match ups in BGs since new season started. Spent so much items to complete valiant monthly last month and saved back to start this month now that I have free time. Logging in just to see I'm suspended! If I was cheating, then why the heck would I struggle this much..and why the struggle? Due to constant lagging and glitching from the game! And nothing is wrong with my internet connection, cuz that's the first thing that's blamed. Through all this ****, I'm still here because of my team and the fantastic group we have formed, the friendships built, the cooperation, heck we are more like family and nobody does nonsense to violate kabam's services unlike some others who cheat to win wars etc. We are Gold 2 and finally made it to Gold 1 with our last win! Again, kabam I'm very upset for this suspension! You need to learn to treat your supporters better! You have the power, right? Where does the pay come from??? US!!! THE COMMUNITY that you are screwing!!!

This is outrageous, kabam definitely needs to manually check each account one at a time to fix that mistake even if it takes them months because people are spending hard earned money on this game to get banned, like do better Kabam.

The same thing just happened to me. I played the game on June 6th at night, and before going to bed, I logged in again and saw that my account had been suspended for a month, apparently for using hacks. I downloaded the game from the Play Store. I hope Kabam sees this and does something urgent because I'm going to lose some time in the game and I'm in danger of being removed from my alliance.

It's a disaster that they suspend accounts just for the sake of it. They don't do anything to those who actually hack, but they do to the others. A few months ago, I fought with Kabam to change my Gmail account so I wouldn't lose it, and now it turns out I'm using hacks according to their new method. Kabam has been making me want to keep playing lately; they're doing everything wrong. I hope for an urgent response!

I was a active player since December and left game for four months as our alliance got separated and got burn out due to playing this game for hours continuously then return to game on the month of May and reached thornebreaker to paragon with help some useful youtube video and even reached the gc for the first time suddenly got the suspension today for no reason built a wonderful account for 5 years and the final result is suspended wow kabam

I also downloaded from the playstore and I don't use any VPNs to play the game either (as some people do that i saw posted). My phone is a Galaxy S10 and I don't play on any other devices. All I could think about is swapping from WiFi to data whenever I have something to download using the wifi on any other device so it doesn't affect my gameplay. That shouldn't trigger this new thing that kabam came out with to issue suspensions. Either way, I'm not supposed to be suspended for changing to my data so I can take tough fights without having a drop in connectivity (due to downloading something using my wifi).

That is some bull **** bro KaSCAM should get their **** together. Always **** **** up I belive it’s time they took us seriously and maybe the only way it’s through a strike . Every one with any sort of monthly subscription should cancel and hit them where it hurts them the most .

Kabam needs to get their **** sorted man... A baseless ban on one person puts a strain on an entire alliance of 30 with AQ and AW... We get it's a new ban system in place and everything but because of this, a whole weekend of progress is lost and maybe longer if it isn't addressed ASAP

I switch between data and wifi all the time because my wifi connection sucks, and I didn't get banned.

The bans have nothing to do with your internet connection. As the announcement stated, the bans were due to new systems to detect unauthorized game client software.

It has nothing to do with swapping connections. This ban specifically looks at the software version. It's specifically looking for APK files that originated from unauthorized sources. Essentially anywhere outside of the app stores. Nothing to do with the beta, your wifi, your data connection or anything else.

Is your phone unlocked? Was Google Play loaded with your phone as part of the default apps that come pre-installed?

Well their anti-cheat software they had before, couldn't see this specific thing this new software looks for. That's why. It also doesn't mean everyone who got banned was using mods or hacks. It only means the app on their phone was installed through unauthorized sources.

@Demonzfyre my phone was legitimately purchased and not second hand from anyone or anything of the sort that u may be implying and my Google play is legit so I don't get what you are trying to say here mate! I downloaded MCOC from Google play and not from any other unknown or whatever sources. Ive had my S10 for a number of years now and never had any issues. You are so keen to defend the works of this new method put out by kabam, but whatever you or others may say, i can say without a shadow of doubt that it is flawed because i do NOT do things that would breach the TOS! My MCOC software is from the original source on Google play, unless kabam has an illegitimate software on there. I did the update up to last night right on Google play as well.

The way that this person posted to a reasonable person could lead that person to believe they could have done something before those said atleast 7 yrs they should have said since we both started playing the game that would then close any door of anyone to think they could have possibly done anything before hand

We had both taken breaks from MCOC so how can he say we have played for 9 years together when that's not a true statement? Don't assume your own thing because of your own misunderstanding when reading what he said. I have NEVER done anything unscrupulous as it relates to the terms and conditions! Never been banned, never been suspended. Kabam can check into my account's records as well to see this and I've spent on this game as well! Don't do guess work when issuing **** like suspensions and bans!

It's in your Google play account. You can find it there. If you haven't done two purchases, then one purchase will be the day you first downloaded the game @Avacado

It's to protect someone from trying to hijack your account. It's their verification step.

To prove ownership of the account you wouldnt just want any random person to submit a ticket to kabam pretending to be you and then get them to change or delete your account
