Actually this is kabams game they dont have to show you proof of anything if they see you cheated or downloaded the game from an unapproved source they are at right to ban/suspend your account how they see fit

Wrong. The burden of proof is on you to prove that you didn't cheat, not the other way around.

Just like if you get arrested and go to court. The crown has to be able to provide enough proof to have you convicted of a crime, and it's on you to prove that you didn't.

Maybe someone needs to read the TOS again. This is Kabam's property so if you break their TOS they can ban you as they pleased. Also if they tell the modders how they got caught, this information will enable the modders to find a way around it. Not sure that's a good idea to tell the cheaters how they got caught cheating so they can come up with a different plan to cheat.

Weird and funny how all these accounts also seem to be from non english speaking countries, about 90% of them.

I'm not sure how this is relevant. I was banned for a similar infraction back in 2020, but that had nothing to do with me being from my non-English-speaking country. Like, at all, in any way. Likewise, we have a sample size of one when it comes to Turkish people complaining about being banned. Unless OP is the only Turk to play the game, that probably means that most Turkish-speakers are playing the game perfectly fine and without any bans so I have a hard time seeing what OP's native tongue has to do with anything.

One thing we saw earlier today is that people from countries that can't access the game through traditional channels have been banned for accessing it through non-traditional (and therefore TOS-breaking) means. I don't know how big of a group that is - probably not the majority - but I'd wager that such circumstances are a much bigger reason for people getting banned than them simply not speaking English natively.
